THE Paymaster's Secretary APPEAR TO BE CARVED WITH DECORATION SEE PHOTOS.
THE CARVED FINISH APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DONE WITH HANDTOOLS, NOT BY MACHINE.
IT IS PROFESSIONAL WOODWORKING THROUGHOUT.
I HAVE SHOWN CLOSE UP PHOTOS OF THE Paymaster's Secretary.
